Students participating in the German American Partnership Program enjoyed a fun-filled field trip down to the Sand Dunes in Alamosa on April 24th.  The students also visited Sand Dune Hot Springs and ate lunch at Cavillo’s, an authentic Mexican restaurant in Alamosa.  Students who are participating the GAPP program have have committed to hosting a German partner in their home for three weeks and also to traveling to Bavaria this summer to live in their partner’s homes and attend school with their partner.  GAPP students are also expected to speak as much German as possible and to learn about and respect a different culture
