DECA students recently had a District Conference on December 1 2021 where they had the opportunity to compete to qualify for State Championships!

These students qualified and will be attending the state competition in February:

Mahriani Benson, Amani Kelly, Jason Tapia, Richard Hauser, Jillian Smits, Alexis Meadows, Garrick Patterson, Ayden Bouzidin-LaGrange, Kyaria Fullerton, Elissa Paris, Aubriella McMillen.

DECA students have been preparing and building important skills as they have prepared for their competitions.

“DECA puts you in real-world scenarios that as a future business student I think will help immensely with my social skills. I am super excited for state and to be surrounded and compete with other students from all over Colorado that will be future business people,” Amani Kelly explained.
