Girl’s swim has started their season at (2-0) with a win over Coronado and Rampart and scores waiting for the Fountain Fort Carson meet. But to celebrate the season we interviewed some swimmers, including Katelyn Johanson (SR), Chay Neumeyer (SR), and Rachel Kolarik (SR) where we asked how the season is going. They all agreed it’s been a good start to the season. We also asked what are your goals for the season? Katelyn said, “not to drown” and Chay said “to get some relays to state.” We then asked what are you most excited for. We then asked what are you most excited for? Rachel and Katelyn said “Bus rides” and Chay said “state relays” and we topped it off by asking what is your favorite/best event? Katelyn said “50 free”, Rachel said “100 back stroke” and Chay said “100 fly is my best but the medley relay is my favorite”. The girls have the Cheyenne Mountain Invite this weekend.
