As October ends and November begins, leaves turn brown and fall off the trees. As autumn’s annual visit concludes, students welcome winter’s arrival. ”It’s the worst day of my life, my favorite season is ending!" Samuel Partin says in response to falls departure.

Within the month of October, trees began fully turning into Autumn’s classic colors of yellow, orange, red, and even brown as winter came closer. “I think the trees this fall were pretty” -Olliyanna McClendon

During the timeframe of September 30th, Doherty’s car show was introduced. Students were able to view old cars, eat food, and even hit a car with a hammer. “Watching people smash the car with little care was cool to me” Hadassah Jenkins says.

September 30th and continuing to the beginning of October, fall began physically apparent. At Doherty, green trees turned colors of red, yellow, and orange. "Hot water makes a potato soft, that same hot water makes an egg hard, it's about what you’re made of” says Carter Kidd
